Farm Information:

All of our currant Farm Partners are involved in the Banana industry, it is not seasonal, we require workers all year round. The work you are completing on these farms is banana maintenance not humping. Banana maintenance jobs include spading, de leafing , stringing  fertilising and more.

You are working out in the fields all day so you have to be able to work at a high rate in the heat. The work is usually eight hours a day five days a week, though the farmer signs you off for a seven day work week. Meaning you will only be required to work 66 work days to qualify for your Visa, this is only possible if you do your entire 88 days with one of our farmers. We require all workers to be fit and over 5 feet 6 inches!

We provide your transport to and from work in our work vans, due to quarantine restrictions on the farms, under no circumstance are you allowed to take your own vehicle. If you have previously worked on a banana farm, we are unable to provide you work due to quarantine rules and regulations.
